The address they display on here is incorrect; its #122 8020 sparrow drive. The people who are working there are really nice and friendly. They now have this broucher type thing that has times of there bus departures and arrivals and what time they are open and close. Overall a really good depot that I've been to.

The Leduc Greyhound is terribul they do not help you with your answers that you have and if you try and look info up online about leduc and leaving times there is none i surched for over an hour on there website and got no answers to my questions. They close far to early and need better more pleasent staff. As well as then need more times in the evening why have greyhound in leduc if it never stopps there? Greyhound had issues with the c-line bus comming to leduc but as far as im concerned c-line is 100% better and far cheeper to get to the city with no hassles....

Awful service. I will not ship through Leduc Greyhound unless absolutely necessary and only when all other options have been exhausted.

I called to get location, times info, etc to drop off a friend and was told the person answering the phone did not know the info. Then when we went there the bus station office was closed and could not get any information so my friend was left standing there unsure of how to get any help.

Girls are very rude on the phone packages are always late and like I said there is no customer service. They need to work on there people skills if they want a better review
