The intake lady was very sweet, please consider her like a senior, it might take little longer for your intake process. Plan for it and come at least 30 mins early to buffer, she is extremely polite and helpful. Race has nothing to do it like mention some earlier reviews, I saw varied students on my exam day and she treated all of them with respect. She was all by herself managing, the center was beautifully organized and very clean. They do have lockers or lock bags inside, depending on your test directions they provide ear plugs and stretch paper. Toilets are not inside center but in the building only a few steps away. They provide water with your label during breaks.
Overall don’t get judgmental with the reviews just be patient like you would with any senior and give her some space to provide instructions. Hope this helps!

I arrived at 3:30pm the testing hours state they’re open until 5:00pm…I was racially profiled By Linda who presented to be startled by my being in the testing center for an application packet. Linda then asked me to leave because she was “Alone” in the business with me and her coworkers had left for the day!…. I am out of state and drove 3 hours here to be met with prejudice BS. Linda is a old lady in her 60-70 with glasses oh and she was reluctant to even give me her name after I showed her the email from PSI for me to arrive for the paperwork

Horrible. One of the Intake ladies addresses test takers (Linda) as "huh, huh, huh", has customer skill of a neanderthal and treats you as cattle. I had to take two tests that day so I got hurt twice :) I see why onsite testing went to shit, long live online. I completed what I needed though.

My first exam experience here with Chris was wonderful. He was a very nice gentleman and took time and care with each test taker. Today, an elderly woman was one of the proctors in the room. She was berating one of the test takers for not speaking English and being extremely rude in general. When another test taker stepped in to help translate for her, the woman started berating him. When I called her out on her rude and unacceptable behavior, she called me a “jackass”. Such behavior is wholly unbecoming of a test taking facility that many government organizations and private firms utilize. I would avoid taking a test here as long as that individual works here and until a formal investigation is conducted by PSI and appropriate government authorities.
