I'm not sure where you got those pictures, but they are not accurate. I went to see a few of your apartment buildings and was appalled at how disgusting they are. Run down dumps, and everywhere stunk. Your charging $1,450 /month, plus $750 fee for having a cat. I said to the manager, I can't see a cat doing $750 in damage.
I would not rent any of the disgusting apartments for $500 a month. Your just trying to take advantage of people working at LNG. I can't see any one willing to pay such a high price for a shit hole. Get real.
