This review is for the bakery, where I’ve gotten my birthday cakes from for three years in a row. The strawberry shortcake cakes are my family favourite and they do such a great job decorating the cake as well. Looked exactly how I pictured it and tasted even better.

Great selection and fresh quality
I love shopping here! They have a fantastic selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, and the bakery section is amazing. I can always find organic options and rare ingredients that other stores don't carry.

I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but this time I’m genuinely upset about what happened.

A staff member named Nathan at customer service called the next person in line before me—even though I was clearly first. His coworker even pointed out the person behind me, yet he still ignored the order of the line.

When I told him it was my turn, he didn’t even look at me and simply said, “I didn’t notice.”

The other customer was standing directly behind me the entire time, so this was not a misunderstanding. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.

The deli department **rocked my socks** with the prosciutto. Anyone who eats prosciutto and I mean *really* eats prosciutto knows that it has to be sliced really paper thin. Like so thin that you can see through it. Any other way just isn't right. It doesn't hit the same. The deli girl, who legit could not have been over 20 years old, has mastered this art. I have never ever (not even at an Italian bakery) had someone cut the prosciutto *that* thin. I wish I knew her name cause that girl needs a promotion.

Solid grocery store. Prices are higher than competitors but that's expected.
Their Joe fresh section is pretty awesome, especially in the kids section and the women's fitness clothing.
They do have a really good international isle and some solid goodies I can't get other places so I'll keep coming back.
Staff is typically friendly and helpful.
