I came into get 6 prints done on card stock for my sons bedroom. I brought the Frame to get the right measurements as it was matted down and I thought that would be easier for them to know what to print.
The gal at the front counter was very unfriendly towards me and almost acted annoyed that I didn’t know exactly what I needed done upon coming in. They have a little dog in there and my son had brought his little tractor toy in and the dog grabbed it and ran. I asked if they wouldn’t mind grabbing it back as my toddler was crying. They handed it back to me and my son asked where the puppy went and before I could answer this gal proceeded to say, “your crying scared him off.” My son is 2. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I can’t assume this every time someone in customer service is rude. I personally will not come back to this business. You never know what someone else may be going through and you may be the only impact they have through the day. Hopefully in the future it can be more of a positive experience for someone else.
