I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND any party to go to this restaurant in celebration of any special event or function you may want to book in advanced. Customer service and satisfaction was well BELOW average. I had booked a table for 20 people months in advance in celebration of my graduation. Upon arrival, the promised intimate table placement was given to another party. The new location we were given limited the ease for conversation between guests and made it difficult to socialize. When I asked the manager for some sort of explanation, he told me it had to be sacrificed for a larger party. There was no advanced warning or notice of this re-arrangement. Also, the manager did not provide any sort of compensation and ignored our table for the rest of the evening. For a very important evening of celebration, Piatto Vecchio had truly disappointed and I would hate to see someone else go through the same disappointment. Apparently pre-booked and arranged table/area reservations are ignored at Piatto Vecchio.

This restaurant is definitely one of the best I have ever gone to in Richmond Hill!!! The food, service and ambiance were fabulous. Great downtown feel but located in my backyard. I have been back numerous times and will continue to go back. I just lover their Grilled Portobello Salad and their Beef Tenderloin!!!!

This is an amazing restaurant....food, service ambiance! I've been multiple times and have felt very satisfied and happy each time. I would definitely recommened this restaurant to everyone I know!

Had a Ceasar, Fried Calamari, Veal Marsala, and the NY Steak. Everything was great. Espically the Ceasar, by far the best I've ever tried.
