Apparently this location doesn’t know how to staff or schedule their appointments. Staff informed me that no one would be available from 1:45pm til the end of day to help me since they are all booked up. No room to accommodate a walk in.

Horrible customer service at the counter. Couldn’t withdraw my own funds as they claimed I needed the physical debit card, even though I had two forms of ID, a Chase credit card, the app, AND the debit card on the iPhone wallet.

1 star for their horrible parking customer service. I asked valet if I can park my car myself (which I usually do) & I’d be happy to pay for the parking service but I wanted to park my own car myself & they said no. My car is an expensive sports car and I don’t trust just anyone to drive my car & they said no. Keep in mind, I was 2 feet away from the space and could have pulled in but they made me stop and said no so I left. I won’t be returning to this location.

I am not one to leave reviews, but i have to say that every time I go to this location this one specific lady (who I believe is the manager of this branch) is honestly one of the most rude people I’ve ever come across. Not only have her and I gotten into an argument, but when I am working with another teller she either interrupts our conversation and tells the teller that they are doing something wrong, or interrupts our conversation and tells me that I am doing something wrong. I’ve never seen a manager belittle her employees so much, and the reason why I’m even making this review is because today when I came in for a change order for a clothing store that I work at, she was in the corner yelling at one of her employees repeatedly interrupting his concerns with “you don’t have a problem with me you have a problem with ‘so and so’”. I felt so horrible for that one employee who was probably just voicing his concerns and issues with his manager and then just proceeded to get belittled to the point where he stopped talking. She is so rude, condescending, unprofessional and disrespectful and I feel bad for any of the tellers who work under her.
