I had a furnace issue and the technician Kamlesh came a few months ago.
He arrived on time, he took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked me through the solution, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
He gave me a few tips to improve things which I appreciate. Overall, excellent service. Iām very satisfied and appreciate the quality of his work.

I had my old a/c checked and worked on with a great man named Hershall. He had to order a part and came back within a few days after the new part was ordered. He knew exact what needed to be done and gave me some advice.
He was such a nice person. He has saved me from having to get a new unit for this year as I will be in a better financial position to buy new next year. Hersall was very prompt and did a good job. Thank you EnerCare and Hershall.
