Ben Xu came on November 2, 2021 to clean and maintain our furnace for the year. He has been doing a very good job for us for several years. He is always very professional and polite, very efficient and thorough. He makes sure that all the parts of our furnace are working and in good condition and that we maintain our furnace according to our heating protection plan. He also makes sure that our thermostat is working properly. Ben is a credit to Enercare/ Reliance.

Enercare has been providing annual service/cleaning on my furnace for years. We have had the same Service Technician for the at least the last five (5) years. He always calls to let me know he is on his way, arrives in a timely manner, time, incredibly polite and always takes care when servicing the furnace, taking extra time to explain everything and answer any questions we may have. Hope we see you again next year Shawn. Thanks Shawn so much for always providing exceptional service with a smile!!!

January 31- 2021 I had enercare install a weill maclean boiler 3 months ago, poor workmanship, installed on old basic plumbing, on january 2, a leak 12 inches away from circulating pump, poor coordination when signing contract, its still not fixed

Girin and Stan arrived with booties and masks. They checked the furnace thoroughly and even rinsed off my permanent furnace filter in the wash tub. Thanks, guys!

Shawn Xiong came as usual to perform the annual service of our gas fireplace. We look forward to his visit each year as does a wonderful, thorough job and keeps us thoroughly informed as to what he is doing. I appreciate too the way he always makes sure our smoke alarms are functioning properly. You are lucky to have him as an employee.
