Very poor service. They seem to use a call centre that can't verify service calls. No eta and the store doesn't answer the phone a lot of the time. There was damage done to the pool during the install but they claimed that it was pre-existing. The tub was nice, just the service was a problem.

I am very surprised to see any negative comments about Arctic Spas as my experience has been top notch. From the sale to the delivery to the after sales service I have been extremely satisfied in my 2 years as an owner. Brady has been terrific with helping me with my water tests and advice on water chemistry in the store.

I Originaly had a beachcomber tub that gave me nothing but problems after 3 months...I sold the tub and purchased an Arctic Spa Klondiker Legend. I have had this tub now over 4 years and it has been amazing. I had one small problem with a fuse and the service department sent a guy out the next day and fixed it.

On a side note my father also has an Arcti spa and he has had his tub for over 10 years with no issues. He loves his tub and uses it almost every day..

I will never purchase anything other then an Arctic Spa, ever again !!!

Incompetent staff/management and unreliable product.Buyer beware /deal with this store /company ---expect to be severely disappointed.After purchasing and delivery they are totally disinterested in helping solve problems.It appears that there is a lack of business savvy with this store and they are unable to connect the dots: ie. good customer relations leads to increased business.They do not sell an item marketed to everybody but a narrow market where referrals are your best advertising. This is a foreign concept to this store.

I would suggest not purchasing arctic spa products as they cover very little in their warrenty and seem to fail very early
