Our experience was extremely frustrating. Total lack of communication, ignored emails and missed promised delivery dates, subsequent to hire, (later acknowledged verbally and in writing by Owner) eroded our confidence and trust in the firm. We found their behavior insulting, forcing us to question their ability to execute our bathroom updates in a timely and professional manner and terminated our contract during the preliminary stage. Miraculously, days after termination they initiated dialogue, forwarded unsolicited plans and rough budget, created from stale input from us.
The firm wasted our time and their additional refusal to return all or a reasonable portion of our retainer forced us to pursue legal action.
