Great service as always. We have been customers for years. They are our one and only call.

Greg and Joyce are incredible to work with. I have no idea how they run such an amazing business and take care of all of their kids. You absolutely should work with these guys. Their response time is incredible and they are genuinely fantastic people.

Our furnace was making noises and we called Air Service -they were able to come later that day and they discovered what the problem was and the price it would cost. They could have come back the next day to replace the blower motor but we were not available that day but they came back the next day and replaced the motor. Everything is running great and sometimes we don’t even hear the blower when it turns on. We also signed up for the spring/fall check up for air conditioning and heater service. Totally satisfied with Walter and the service he provided!

In January 2020, Air Service replaced my furnace blower motor and cleaned my HVAC ducts. The next day, I had them return to investigate a weird new furnace noise. They found no explanation and the noise eventually stopped.

Five years later I hired a different company to clean the ducts, and they found the reason for the weird noice: Air Service had used cardboard (pictured below) to keep debris out of my furnace during their cleaning - AND LEFT IT THERE.

When I informed the owner of Air Service about this mistake, she blamed a tech who no longer worked for them. No apology. After that I requested a refund for their service, which had reduced airflow output and placed additonal pressure on my HVAC system for over 5 years. No response.

For 6 months I left messages and emailed back and forth with two Air Service owners (Debbie, then Joyce), and got nothing but run-around. Two months ago I sent a certified letter reiterating everything that had happened and threatened magistrate court to recover the $550 refund and increased utility costs. No response.

I think Morgantown residents deserve better.

We had a fantastic experience with this air conditioning repair service. They arrived fast, were extremely polite, and most importantly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything up and running in no time. It’s rare to find such a professional and courteous team these days. Highly recommended thanks again Zach.
