The ION LP vinyl conversion turntable will not play my vinyl records clearly. The music coming from the record while recording was totally distorted, thought it would clear up afterwards - no such luck - first of all, it took me forever to figure how how to play the recording back - software is totally confusing and not user friendly at all. The playback was even worse, did not recognize the song at all as it was muffled, distorted and awful. I then went back, disconnected all usb items; installed itunes, then the ion software - tried again - didn't work. This was done THREE TIMES - music still not coming through clearly. So disappointed in this software - it is NOT USER FRIENDLY at all. Why do companies have to make things so complicated??? And I cannot return this because when it was delivered, the box was almost destroyed during shipment - but everything inside was intact - so that is not the reason this would not work, it's the reason I cannot get my money back. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
