I don't like not being able to call and talk with my local Grainger store. My last phone call involved talking with a very nice young lady rep who couldn't help so she passed me on to someone she thought could help me find a good metal pump up sprayer for applying stains. Well it didn't work out. He needed to pass me on to yet another rep that is yet more specialized. They were kind and tried their best to help. The question right at the beginning was
"do you have metal pump up sprayers made for applying stain"?
They were very kind and I could understand them clearly. Unlike a call to my cable company recently.
