A quick visit to McDonald’s was needed after feeling really hungry and unsure if the nearby options would be worth it. The place was quite busy, which usually raises concerns about long wait times and order accuracy. However, the staff managed the flow efficiently, and my order arrived faster than expected. The burger was fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything was prepared just right. The experience turned things around quickly and made it a dependable choice for a fast and satisfying meal.

It was my 1st time here and the cashier was very charismatic. He knew. Couple of the customers by name and that's rare now days.. I got my order in a timely manner and he helped me get a $6 meal deal 🤝 to save money . I appreciate that. I also like the atmosphere... A homeless lady came in and ask a customer for a free Icecream sweet old lady was craving it and the lady she ask said yes I'll pay for you . All I heard some one say was God is gunna bless that lady and I left that place on a positive note 💯🍔👌

There is a PlayPlace!! Spacious. Open area. Clean. There's a security guard but I didn't feel unsafe. It's a McDonald's so the food was good, service was prompt and we finally found a PlayPlace near DTLA.

This McDonald’s location seems to be one of the newer ones, and it definitely shows. The restaurant was clean, organized, and all of the self-serve kiosks were working—which is a rare win! I was also surprised (in a good way) to see the ice cream machine actually up and running.

Customer service was great; the staff was friendly and efficient with my order. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of how my drink was served. The cup had chocolate syrup on the outside, making it pretty sticky to hold. It wasn’t a huge issue, but definitely something that could’ve been avoided.

Other than that, everything else about the visit was solid. I’d definitely stop by again.
