Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s in Sunny Isles. I was waiting at one of the drive-thru ordering lanes, but the employees kept letting other cars go ahead without even checking who had arrived first.

We waited and waited while other customers were served before us. It’s not complicated — just pay attention to the order of arrival and manage the drive-thru properly.

A little more organization and professionalism would definitely be appreciated. Very poor service.

Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The service at this location was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.

I waited 30 MINUTES for my order. Thirty minutes at a McDonald’s is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be fast food, but there was absolutely nothing fast about the service here. The whole process felt disorganized, incredibly slow, and poorly managed.

What made it even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Nobody explained why the order was taking so long or seemed concerned that customers had been waiting forever. When someone has already paid for their food, they shouldn’t have to stand around for half an hour wondering what is happening with their order.

I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but 30 minutes without proper communication or customer service is ridiculous. Management seriously needs to look at how this location is being operated and how customers are being treated.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend this McDonald’s location based on the service I received today.

Just left the drive through, i live in the area and always order & grab an iced water. Tonight the hispanic worker wearing a black longsleeve shirt told me i have to come inside for a water. Then he had an attitude when i told him i always get one. The policy says i can have water. I literally ORDERED TWO MEALS? I would like to speak to a higher up about this and i will.

I have been on the drive through for 40 minutes. Only two people working. When you get to the last window they charge you and then prepare your order. The food is not ready. What a waist of time for not hiring more people. Just close the place.

Never setting foot in this McDonald's again! I placed order #1902, selected "CURBSIDE 2," and paid by card. I ended up sitting in my car for 30 minutes — no one came out, no one approached. I had to go inside myself. And guess what? They hadn't even started preparing my order! Only when I personally reminded them did they deign to get to work.

When I mentioned that I'd been waiting for half an hour, the staff responded rudely — they asked bluntly, "What else do you want?" No apologies, no hint of respect. Just disgusting treatment of a customer who had already paid. Total disgrace. Service level is garbage. I recommend staying a mile away from this place.
