I realize that it’s just McDonald’s but have we come so far from human decency? 12:30 lunchtime. No chicken nuggets? Asked to pull ahead to wait 10 minutes while the rest of my food got cold. It’s lunchtime! I expressed my frustration to the employee and was met with only a blank stare. No apology whatsoever. Again I get it… it’s McDonald’s. Garbage company. Garbage location. Garbage food. Garbage service. I hate it here

Placed an order online, specifically for carry out, approached both doors to find them locked and went on my way despite 20 minutes having passed since I placed the order. On the way into the store I saw multiple people going from the door and back to their cars who were also locked out.

Called the phone number to cancel it and the first person to answer is muttering and doesn't sound coherent at all. On the second call I was talking to someone who was clearly put on the spot to answer and had no idea on what to say.
No attempts to rectify, I was just told to wait for a refund

I can tell why the reviews are so low(Proof in pictures and recipe showing no biscuit as-well). I had long pieces of hair in my food. The recipe itself was accurate, but I received the wrong food in the bag and was also missing items. Good luck trying to call, because no one seems to speak English.

It seems to me that if they can’t properly read the recipe, that may explain the constant mistakes as well. I brought the food back and requested a refund would not eat here if they paid me. Especially after being called a lier over a 15 dollar meal.. seems like their life long career is on the line because they aren’t properly equipped to serve food (BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS) 3.5 stars I’ve also seen multiple other reviews mentioning poor quality control here as well.

I’ve now visited the McDonald’s in Grayslake twice with my two young kids, and both times I’ve felt unwelcome. The older Hispanic woman who works as a janitor or maintenance staff repeatedly rolls her eyes at me, huffs, and acts annoyed, even though I do my best to clean up. The first time, I was there with both kids, and I made sure to pick up food, wipe down tables, and never leave trash. Today, I went alone with the double stroller, and again, I cleaned everything, making sure not to throw a dirty diaper in the bathroom trash. In fact, I even took a picture of the diaper outside as proof that I didn’t leave it there. When I tried to use the bathroom to change one of my kids, she was right outside, she rolled her eyes, and huffed again. If you don’t enjoy your job, that’s one thing, but it’s not right to treat customers this way especially when I’m being so careful and respectful.

Terrible . Quality control has gone downhill quickly . beware of anything off this menu . Workers do not care. MANAGER Is never on duty . When Told that the food is poor quality the genius manager Efrain offer me 2 meals. I asked him to write it down somewhere so I could remind him of this. I ordered food that day it was breakfast got home and found a GREY EGG. I called him he wanted me to bring it back. THIS PLACE IS GROSS.
