Order using the app, walk in to wait half an hour, customers inside showing me where they had ordered 30 minutes before I even got here. As they finally are given their food, there is no thank you or sorry for weight or anything. When I finally get my food, again no sorry thank you or anything I mentioned the weight time and just get dirty looks. Get to back out to the truck just to discover the food is cold and soggy, and not worth eating. Sorry to waist the time of the people working here, I promise not to be a burden on this place again

I try not to make it a point to feed my child fast food but I was in a rush. My child got a cold egg in her nugget box. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.

So originally I was going to leave a very positive review because during my visit the manager yelled at Chis saying “Chris we dnt need you. You can go home” as Chris was walking out after clocking out 2 customers asked Chris for their cups. Originally chris said he was off the clock but then said “I can’t leave you guys like that” and got them their cups and told them to have a good night. Despite Chris not having a good night he wanted to make sure others were… I loved seeing that. Now when it came to my order. Before ordering I asked if they have any strawberry and cream pies. The cashier told me yes. I order 2 strawberry cream. Waited for over ten minutes just for the manager to come ask to take my order and tell me that it would be 15 mins. I told the lady I ordered already and have been waiting. The manager told me that it was best to get a refund because it would be another 15 mins because only one pie was ready. Very upset that I waited 10 mins just to be told it would be another 15 minutes. Here visiting from Washington state and I was really craving that pie. Very poor service.. Hope Chris get to keep his job. He was really nice

Always check your food. I placed my order on the kiosk. Got my food. Fries were fresh of course that’s a plus, but I checked my sandwich. There were cheese fragments on the top of my meat. The cheese was on the bottom bun why might there be fragments on the top if there’s cheese on the bottom bun on top of why would the cheese be on the bottom bun? Might you ask? Because it was reheated not fresh will most definitely be reporting. Vegetables were severely welted and old the strawberries and the strawberry drink looked old and welted as well most definitely did not eat tossed $13 in the trash Employees were dry didn’t wanna deal. Only one spoke to me. The employee who brought my food to the front halfway tossed on the counter and walked away.

I love McDonald’s and I go there pretty often. I’ve traveled in Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Ukraine, Israel, and Egypt, and I’ve already been to 41 states across America. And almost everywhere, I’ve stopped at McDonald’s.
But I can honestly say — this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
All the food was cold. The fries were old and had zero flavor. My Daily Double was thinner than a napkin and looked like it had been sitting there since the morning. Every table was dirty. The area around the ketchup dispensers was covered in trash and grime, and there wasn’t even any ketchup in them.
But the biggest shock was the drink machine. Judging by the way it looked, no one has cleaned it, washed it, or even wiped it down since the day it was installed. There was dirt and mold on top of it literally as thick as a finger. And if that’s what it looks like on the outside, I don’t even want to imagine what’s going on inside.
Absolutely disgusting. I would NOT recommend eating here
