Visited this gas station at 5:13 AM on Sunday, July 12. The front door was locked, so I knocked several times. I could clearly see an employee sitting in the back room using his phone. After noticing me, he got up from his chair and went straight into the cooler instead of coming to assist.
I waited several minutes and knocked again, but there was still no response. Only after I took a picture of the back room did the employee suddenly come to the front. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I had. If staff are on duty, customers should not be ignored while employees avoid serving them. If someone doesn’t want to do their job, they shouldn’t be scheduled to work. I would like to request management to look into this matter seriously and review the security camera footage from around 5:13 AM on Sunday, July 12, which should confirm exactly what happened. Please take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. Completely unacceptable service.

I have Chevrolet Suburban Black color, and its " Diesel"
I believe afternoon around 2 o clock was the time,
By mistaken, I put in my car gasoline and as you know, once gasoline goes in to diesel engine, you might know that once you do this mistake, you know, the consequences could cost me more than $10k,
And the gear helped me a lot. She have done a great work. And I believe
She made a few calls, and she called shift in charge. Both of them.
Very polite, very nice.So I was in situation that i've been sitting in the car and then they brought me a coffee, because I don't want to restart the car according to YouTube videos,
After three hours, I was stuck in the same situation, and it was my lucky day.The staff was very cooperative knowledgeable, and they're done their best,
Keep it up, guys, and thank you for coffee and saved my tons of dollars,
Thanks for Coffee,
Regards

New station. Futuristic looking building like something from The Jetsons. Thai Express, Mr. Sub and a Dragon Express. Tables for eating. Car wash still under construction. Two unisex washrooms.
