The ev Charger are not cleaned properly, nearly slipped and fell on the ice. The cable is frozen I. The ground. Had to climb snow bank to plug in only to find out that the tap doesn't work and says to use Petro Canada app only to say that the Petro Canada app no longer works and to use a chargepoint app. But failed since tap wasn't working.

I went there today, don’t know the name of the attendant but very courteous and considerate. A great experience. Plus, one of the only few places where saw the attendant salt the gas station!
