Don't buy moldings from them! Extreme rude behavior from the staff representative in the office. Ordered custom design piece with top dollars turns out it did not fit in the homeowner's house and we had to pay extra to the installer and compromise the design. I cannot find any words to express the disappointment !

This customer fired the first installer and when the second installer did the job they changed the design. As well the customer signed off the particular arch we are referring to. Sorry but if you change the design this is what can happen. Also when you get a different finishing carpenter things can and will change. We will deal with our rude salesman to make sure our customers are dealt with in a positive manor. We believe that you need to treat people the way you would like to be treated and if we have staff not following those guide lines they will be terminated.
