He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Detroit, MI. Dr. Khalil then obtained his Doctor of Medicine at Wayne State University, Detroit,MI. He completed a 4-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. John Providence Health System in the Metro Detroit Area. <p> Dr. Khalil has received several academic awards during his training. He volunteers extensively through projects to treat the uninsured in his community and has traveled on several surgical missions to Colombia and Ethiopia to treat children with maxillofacial malformations and deformities. <p> Dr. Khalil practices the full scope of the specialty.
