It's so much more than answering all my questions and correctly filling prescriptions, the staff is so kind to me. They look for discounts, double check that insurance is paying, and they joke with me when they know one of my treatments was rough. They are a pharmacy that cares.

For the most part shopping wasn't too bad until I got to the self-checkout the gentleman that stands in front of the self-checkout monitoring or whoever he is has no personality and he's kind of a little snot FYI this Monday morning July 13th 2026 sorry didn't get his name should have let's just call him Mr hands in the pocket could have been a little bit more friendly I'm a senior I'm retired I've worked in customer service for an airline let me tell you this guy does not like his job anyways have a pleasant day Mr hands in the pocket maybe you need a new job that's it everything else was great though.

They've always gotten me what I needed. I'm really hoping the medication I'm on works. I just don't have much motivation. Grandpapi says it's because my generation is soft and I need to go fight in a war. Who says that? Just insane. Sometimes I think people have zero ability for empathy, and other times I think people just don't care about anything.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 4 years at this point, ever since I became disabled at 24. I usually have a pretty normal experience, but today the tech on shift was someone who I believe should not even be in the medical field. The lack of care and the attitude that was given was of that of someone who doesn’t care about others. I got the text that my prescription was ready and got ahold of my ride, upon arriving I was told they were closing for lunch, although there was an older couple that had walked forward right before me nothing was said to them. I did get frustrated as I’m in miserable pain and only came because of THEIR text, but upon trying to explain myself the tech said “that sucks”. I truly believe if I had been a 90 year old they wouldn’t have said a word but because I’m young and APPEAR able bodied, it was a problem.

I was there today at around 1:30, which is important because there were two ladies who were so incredibly helpful and kind, but one of them had her hair draped on her name tag and I couldn’t get her name. Anyways, Robin and that lady were both awesome. Robin went above and beyond to help us on two separate occasions - myself and my partner on separate days, which means she’s just always that kind and willing to do the steps to assist people. We were having some issues with a prescription for my cat and they were both able to help us get it squared away multiple times now. Should be par for the course going forward with ease of the prescription pickup now that it’s sorted, but I think they both deserve a shout out. Thank you guys!
