From our first meeting it was obvious customer focus was in the forefront. Our requirements were understood and they delivered exactly what we had envisioned. The project required careful planning and scheduling of various trades in order to complete without undue delay. As usual in work such as this surprises occur and Elite Kitchens were able to react and deliver a solution without additional cost. Improvement in communicating timing of sub-trades planned arrival on site would have been enough to rate this experience at 5 stars.

When we selected Elite over the other 7 we considered, we wondered if we had made the right choice. From the moment the work started with the removal of the existing kitchen (all in sections and no mess!), we knew we had it very right. They said 1 week start to finish and they meant it. The caliber of work cannot be surpassed, especially the eye for detail and finish. And even better, they actually really care. Whatever measurements we asked for, they gave us, to ensure our kitchen was what we wanted, not just fitting what they could supply. We are very happy to recommend them to our friends and neighbours. We even hold mini open houses for others to see!!

Overwhelmingly pleased with final outcome. Everything ordered was installed to our complete satisfaction.

We totally renovated our kitchen, replacing cabinets, backsplash, counters, sink, taps, etc.

Important issues to us included Elite Kitchens living up to the agreement/contract entered into, and this was certainly done to our satisfaction. Also important to us, was resolving issues. We only had a few minor issues, and they were totally and completely resolved to our satisfaction.

All trades that worked on our kitchen were excellent, and also very respectful of our home. We were particularly concerned with our floor as we had just installed a new hardwood floor, and there wasn't a mark on it anywhere.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have dealt with Elite Kitchens on several occasions and each time they have delivered -- not only high-quality, professionally installed custom cabinetry and countertops, but also creative ideas that have made our kitchens highly functional as well as beautiful social and workspaces. In our experience -- generally speaking -- in life you get what you pay for.
