When you are ready to talk, we are here for you. <p> We enjoy working with both individuals and couples. Our clients come to us for many different reasons, but the most common ones are: overcoming symptoms of stress and anxiety, improving marital and family relationships, communication skills, parenting challenges, implementing boundaries with extended family, managing blended marriages and families, and building self-confidence. <p> Along with mindfulness and cognitive restructuring skills, we use techniques derived from <b>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT</b>, and <b>EMDR</b> which are <b>empirically-based treatments</b> proven to be effective for treatment of many psychological issues. <p> We provide a safe, confidential place to explore how you can achieve a more meaningful life.
