I too had mold issues, thanks for the drain hole tip. I've had issues with water penetration. These windows are 3 yrs old and I've replaced 2 out of 7 I had done. I have 2 others that leak in track they slide on. Crap quality and poor customer service, I can't believe there still in business.

My windows developed mold in the framework because of improper drain holes. They came out and filed the drain holes, but I still have mold. They just ignore my phone calls and e-mails. they don't back up their product.

I had a great experience with Beverly Hills Windows. They did a great job of explaining my options and they gave me an excellent price. The installers were polite, fast and cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint was the long wait for the window installation (but that is typical of any window company since they have the windows custom made).
