I had a great experience with Aaron’s Auto Shop in Waterford! They were friendly, professional, honest, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. It’s hard to find an auto shop you feel like you can truly trust, and I definitely felt that way here. Great service, fair pricing, and quality work. I highly recommend Aaron’s Auto Shop and will definitely be back for any future repairs or maintenance!

Excellent place to bring your vehicle/s that need servicing. Todd, (the owner) is a straight forward guy who will tell you what you need and what ya don’t. He stands by his work and that is something that you just don’t see a lot of anymore these days.

Excellent service! The mechanic was honest, professional, and got my car fixed quickly! Fair pricing and great communication. I highly recommend them if you're looking for someone reliable!

Kind of a let down my my most recent visit. The good thing is they got me in right away and my vehicle was ready to be picked up with a few hours. They are always friendly as well.

The bad thing was they didn't do anything. I was having noise when at 55 or above and the steering was loose. They said there wasn't anything wrong. They billed me one amount and charged me another. Got in the car and headed home - what do you know, the noise and loose steering was still present.

I went to a different shop and they took care of my issue (wheel bearing) and didn't charge me a diagnostic fee.

Since the time I started driving back in the 80's I never had to rely on anyone outside of my family to take care of my auto needs. I had my brother in law & then my husband. All that has changed in the couple of years, when I lost both of these men due to illness and/or death. I no longer have them as my safety nets. I have been strapped & needed someone quickly who would not take advantage of me or my situation while being mindful of the cost. Todd Sherrick at Aaron's Auto has been nothing short of wonderful. He is honest, has never taken advantage of me or my situation. His prices are fair. He is open & if he cannot do the work, or knows of ways to save me money, he is forthcoming with that information. He is always respectful of me & my vehicles. I will continue to utilize him & Aaron's Auto for my car needs. I will continue to recommend him to you & anyone else who needs repairs or maintenance for their vehicles. You seriously should check him out if you're in need. He's the man.
