I visited the store looking for a certain item, but they did not have it available. The individual I spoke with was helpful and suggested another business that would probably carry what I was in the market for. I appreciate the service.

Good store, kinda lacking in their fishing department. Selection could be better. I don't like to order fishing lures online. It's one of those things I want to see the exact size, shape, color and even the texture of what I'm purchasing. Just some minor improvements would be appreciated

I walked in and there was a bad chemical smell. I was going to the bathroom and look at shoes. I had to cover my nose and mouth. The whole store except the bathroom smelled of this chemical. No one knew what it was and corporate never calls back. I just needed to know what I was breathing. I left immediately but was sick afterwards.

Well...
I bought a skateboard for My Son, who is Awesome at skateboarding end up breaking the board cause the board could not handle the tricks when it says FOR TRICKS or TRICK Board
The best 1 they sold...
Night shift would not take it back even when I call earlier that morning about the board.. I live 40 minutes away north...
So I stayed calm and went back home(gas and time) and then call the next AM about the board again.. went back again while 1st shift was still there and they did take care of the situation..
But that night shift manager-- Sucks

Sucks cause they didn't even wanted to replace it.. Nothing but Excuses..

I wondered how night shift felt when they seen that board the following night 😆 🤣

Don't go at night unless ya have Too
Honestly.. peace

First time at this location. The store was really nice, clean and well stocked. The staff was super friendly. Best of all, they had everything that I went in for. I'm a big fan of Academy Sports. Highly recommend!
