The foundation of our program is built upon a model of positive reinforcement. The behavior plan, goals and objectives for each resident are established by the resident them self, responsible party, and any other individual who may be requested by the resident or responsible party. The benefit to the team approach guarantees buy-in and support from all parties and encourages a perfect open line of communication throughout residency. Behavioral plans, goals and objectives are evaluated every 3 months to ensure the success of the resident is always front and center is modified per the needs of the resident.
