I approached X-Copper to help me fight a Stunt Driving Charge. This is a pretty serious traffic violation which could result in a fine of 2,000-10,000, 6+ demerit points, and up to 6 months in jail if convicted. Typically this charge is the result of speeding/racing contest, but in my case I was charged for driving with someone in the trunk. As DD that night, I had made a stupid decision to get everyone home. After being charged, I hired X-Copper to represent me. Their Cambridge office was very understanding of what happened that night. They were constantly in touch with me for information, and were always available via phone/email for anything I needed. In the end, they got my charge reduced drastically to a ticket for failure to occupy passenger seatbelt. This ticket is a $500 fine with 0 demerit points. Needless to say, they handled the case perfectly and were able to discuss with the prosecutor outside of court regarding the event. As a 22-year-old recent university grad this charge could have been very harmful to my future job prospects. Because of X-Copper this charge was reduced. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. I would use them again if I am ever facing a ticket and would recommend them to anyone as the go to firm for legal representation.

I was charged with speeding 130 km in 100 km zone and for the past few months been worried on the impact this ticket may have on my insurance premium.

I was charged with Failure to remain with 7 demerit points, through your excellent work, you have succeeded in reducing this charge to failure to Report with only 3 demerit points and a small fine of $180.00, this has saved me thousands of dollars in my insurance. I will recommend your organization to all my friends if they need this type of service.
