It has been 4 years today since the "accident" and I still question how Xcopper can claim to be anything but a scam. My representative said nothing in court in my defence, did not question why the police officer was coaching my witnesses outside the courtroom and said nothing when the admitted what he had done. He did not correct the blatant errors the officer made on the stand even to the number of lanes there were in the intersection. I am faced with higher insurance costs, a driving record, demerit points over a case that was open and shut and documented as such. I was refused comment in court by the judge and all my rep said was to ask for time to pay. total waste of time.
