Gave me the wrong kind, completely different than what I asked. Emailed them, they didn't apologize and all they said 'no refunds no exchanges'. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Even if it means I have to drive to saanich fair grounds area. I'd accept the no exchange policy, but not apologizing is just bad business and unprofessional. Losing a long time customer.
