Service call replaced pump with generic. Did not put cover on circuit board box or sides back on tub. Left electrical exposed. Manhandled pipe and cracked fiberglass connection to tub. Would not repair leak, said someone else did it. Did not connect up red high speed wire and said the problem was who ever changed the circuit board. Connected red wire and it worked fine. Wanted to sell me a new board to replace the bran new board when the wire was disconnected. Was an arrogant jerk. I would never use. EVER!
