We had EILEEN NALL from HOWARD HANNA as our realtor when selling and buying our house. Unfortunately, she had no plan on selling our house and in my opinion it was under-sold.

When we wanted to look at houses to buy most of the time she was unavailable. The house we did end up purchasing, she was also not available. When we finally were able to put in an offer, we were forced into a bidding war. I don't know what the issue was but I would look elsewhere for a realtor who is out for your interests.

HOWARD HANNA absolutely the WORST home selling and buying experience we have ever had. We cannot and will NOT recommend HOWARD HANNA to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST!
