It seems that Stilwells was about to go out of business, but no longer, as Lorne Jenkins has a new partner who is in the process of revitalizing the company. In fact, in late September 2013, Stilwells not only has Humbugs, but has also started to make some other old flavors of candy that haven't been seen in years such as Butterscotch and Caramel! They are looking for stores to sell Humbugs once again and they have a new number 514-983-5603.

The best candy in the world. Their "humbugs" are rich and delicious. Nowhere else can you find a good hard candy that tastes like a caramel desert. What a treat!
The problem is that they seem to be out of business. I've passed the shop several times with a sign on the door that says "Closed". I've tried to contact them by phone and there is no answer and no forwarding message. I'll keep on trying though 'cause these little darlings are worth it.
