A week or so ago I had left a negative review due to a situation that was very frustrating. I have deleted said review to leave this one instead. I spoke with the owner, David, about the issue that was happening in my situation. He heard me out, helped me troubleshoot what to do to get there over the phone and made the situation right once I was able to make it to town. All people make mistakes sometimes. We’re all human. But it’s not often that I’ve found a tire shop like this one would go above and beyond like they did for me today to make sure they made up for what had happened. I would highly recommend this shop now!

We had an excellent experience with this shop. Needing help, passing through town on a weekend, they helped us out quickly, professionally, and for a good price. Very highly recommend!

We had a flat tire on I -44 on a Sunday, and my poor husband had to change it on the road.😬We called Road Runner Tire and they had us back on the road with the original tire within a half hour. We were so impressed with this shop, and they only charged us 20 dollars. I highly recommend Road Runner Tire!!

Not very happy I showed up there at 1:17 to get 4 new tires put on and finally left there 4:45 can’t believe it would take so long to put tires on and when I went over there to talk with the guy he seemed like he did not care at all about the time it was taken but I will buy tires there but will never have them put them on or any other work oh I was also suppose to have my truck alignment done and there was not enough time to do it so had to cancel that and run on new tire with no Alignment done just not very happy at all so I hope the owner sees this and gets with me about the problem

Had ball joint put in all around.. this is the type of work they do. Left tie rod ends loose!! No Carter keys put back in they didn’t align it right!! Then sent my wife and kids one a hour drive home with it like this!! Not safe horrible work would not recommend!!! Don’t let them put your family endanger…
