I took my car to Bubbles i west Edmonton today and was presented with several options. All included add ons and the attendant tried to add on more. I selected what looked like the best deal and was hit on for more upselling which I resisted. I paid for it inside complaining about the cost and was told there had been no increases in 2 years. I examined the order sheet more closely and discovered that the less expensive options like a basic inside and outside wash were in tiny print at the bottom of the back page. I asked to speak to the manager who very ungraciously told the clerk to refund the almost $50 sale and "Give him what he wants!" I saved myself $15. $35 is still a lot for a car wash. They used to have all the options prominently displayed so be watchful.
