I do not recommend. Customer service nasty, rude attitude, spare yourself the aggravation! I had a hitch installed on my Ford Fusion for my bike rack at a cost of $275, but they didn't bother to give me the pin that goes with it, rendering the hitch completely useless.
When I returned to the store and ask for the pin, I was told the hitch does not come with it, they do not have it in stock and they don't sell it.
Corey told me to go to Canadian Tire. All this with a rude attitude. Fortunately, a mechanic overheard the conversation and moments later showed up with a pin made for the hitch and the perfect size. Then they charged me $15 for the pin. I will never go back there!

Wouldn't send these guys a rusted out civic.
Purchased a rustproofing product from my dealership, got subbed out to these guys. Went in the first time Nov 2015. Got the truck back covered in overspray. Dealership washed and removed a good amount. Spent around 4 hrs myself removing the remaining black blotches from my bright red paint. Fast forward to May 2016 my truck goes back in due to their poor install of the product 3/4 had peeled off. Went into inspect the truck before hand knowing what I'd find. Truck had not been washed and was quite dirty. Once again overspray everywhere, I pointed out two spots to the dealership which were very bad and they relayed this to extreme. Move ahead to 430, go in to pick up my truck, pull it out notice the two large areas had been addressed the truck had not been washed just chemicals rubbed over my paint in a few spots. Went around with the service manager and discovered the overspray to be as bad or worse then the first time.

Drove the truck to extreme myself where I told them how they sent my truck back to me was unacceptable. The manager proceeded to tell me they had delt with the issue already, to where I responded the truck was covered from rocker to roof in overspray. After looking at the truck he sent it back into his wash bay where they proceeded to spray more chemicals and rub the paint without first washing the truck. Unreal. He then came in and told me that it was cause the truck was brought to him on a rainy day that they got the overspray everywhere . Sounds legit
They then washed the truck and returned it to me with one of their employees a rag and a can of spray "in case there were any little spots they missed"
Me and that employee spent the next 45 mins removing more overspray and still didn't get it all.
0 pride in their work, wouldn't let these guys put air in my tires

Booked in with Corey to have a auto starter installed in my 2015 Toyota Corolla. From the beginning he helped me thought process and how they work. Picked up my car and Art the head installer showed me how to use and maintain my auto starter. Just wanted to say Thank you.

Worst wash ever. The wash quality is poor (several dirty spots remaining inside the vehicle after a full interior shampoo service). Their customer service is mediocre and workers are rude. Will never go back and I do not recommend that place to anyone. I suggest you save yourself some time, money and aggravation and try another place.

I wouldn't let these people put air in my tires.
I went to get a head light changed and it turned from bad to worse. Even after providing Audi recommended procedures ( from the wheel well) they went ahead and did it from the top. The back of the headlight was left off and they claimed the vehicle was brought in this way! The cover looked absolutely new on the inside and dirty on the outside; it wasn't dirty on both sides. I asked the if they had a Ross-Tech VCDS, the only software that can properly read the codes and they assured me they did. In fact they didn't have the proper scanner for the 2007 Audi S8. There was an "Adaptive Lighting " warning on the dash that was never scanned. Extreme Auto's
tech came out when I complained about the warning and the cover that was left off but it was obvious that he couldn't perform or understand the required tests. Just because he wasn't aware of the software tools didn't mean the tools did not exist. The tech claimed that he didn't do the work himself and therefore it wasn't his fault. I had asked if the wiring harness to the module was checked for a loose connection as per my maintenance instructions. Eacih employee looked at me like a deer in the headlights. They ended up breaking two clips, and a connection on the module which needed to be replaced at a cost to me of almost seven hundred dollars. I asked on three different occasions to speak with the owner but as of today I haven't heard from this individual. I asked for an estimate for a rear brake maintenance and I am glad that I did not get the work done by this shop because in order to keep the calipers open you need the proper software and it is done using a laptop, not with a screwdriver and a hammer. I tried to build a relationship of trust with this shop. Unfortunately this did not happen. I wouldn't let these people put air in my tires.
Again, if you are looking to buy some chrome add ons or decals for your car this may be your place but if you truly want your automobile to function properly, run the other way and avoid the Extreme disappointing results.

I had a gift certificate for a auto starter from Extreme Auto Care and went to redeem it on my Mazda 3. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff and will definately go back for any other after market items. Their knowledge of current technology is above all others.
