Failed to complete the job, missed a lot of dirt under may seats and when called to task simply said don't come back if your not happy with it. Terrible job would not recommend this to anyone in TOWN.

Been going to Hands On for almost ten years. The hands on approach has kept my truck looking brand new as it is hand washed and hand dried. Never had a speck of rust on my truck, nor have I had a scratch since they don't use the crummy brushes you'll get at a drive thru car wash. Yes, the price is high, but you get what you pay for. Its not going to be a $10 car wash with someone hand washing/drying your vehicle for you. Never has a bad experience at Hands On yet.

Did a reasonable job on the car, but didn't bother ensuring the hood was closed....lack of attention to detail. And, then it comes to the price, they should have a gun and you won't feel too bad about being robbed then. Grossly over-priced, and when you draw it to their attention you are curtly told, "if you don't like it don't cone back"! That didn't need to be said.....I knew I wasn't going back.

Car wash ok, but avoided telling me stains were not remmoved.
