Went to krown in October to have my truck undercoated. they did it extremely fast and some of the holes didnt even get plugged. about a week later i notice that none of my wheel wells had been coated with any oil at all. i called the guelph location and they told me to come in to have it touched up. they used their spray cans on the wheel wells and i was satisified for about a week when i felt under the wheel wells and they were completely dry. I dismissed it, deciding i would not be returning to krown. just this week i had my truck on a hoist and there is ABSOLUTELY no sign of the truck ever being oil sprayed. I will not be returning to any KROWN location.

I had my vehicle in for detailing & under carriage spray yesterday. The customer service I received was beyond exceptional. Thx for the great job in detailing, exceeded my expectations, very happy customer & have no hesitations in recommending this company! See you in the spring

I called Krown to make an appointment and I was told if I can get down in 5 mins they could fit me in, as I only live a short distance I was there quickly.
I told the guy who was on the desk that I wasn't happy with the job that was done last August. I had to do a brake job a few days before and the whole front end was completely dry! No sign of product whatsoever. I was assured that this wouldn't happen again, and if I found any places that had been missed, to bring it back and it would be redone. Really, do they expect customers to get under their cars to check if they had done the job correctly!! They should do the job right the first time, you are paying over $125 for the service!!
So, here I am a couple of weeks later when I saw that they hadn't replaced the plastic covers over the holes on my passenger side of my car, a total of 11 holes!
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and a complete black mark on this Krown location. I now have to make another trip to have someone fix what should have been done on the first place.

Krown has taken care of all of my vehicles for many years. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. My daily driver is 26 years old, used summer and winter, and driven 5,000 km a month. I love Krown.
