Absolutely ridiculous. Had 3 different people come out in a 5 week time. First guy we told him what we thought was going on, got told by the first guy (would like to leave names out, but have no problem adding them) that it was something completely different told them our electric bill is running so high and our hvac is constantly running wont shut off he said he would be back asap, 2 weeks went by nothing. So we called again said he would be there in the morning at 10am. I left for work at 930 my husband was home alittle before 10 to meet him and he had already been under our house taped something up and was done. Said he would be back again to basically detour the air also said well this is gonna be a pain in the ass!? Well yea thats why we called you?! Guess what still not fixed. So i called pissed by this point told them again our power bill is ridiculous HVAC is still running continuously and we have a portable air unit in our son's room because it wont cool the back of the house the under part of our house is cooler than our house!!! So they sent two more guys this time they looked came back in came up with a plan said they were gonna order stuff get us on the secheldule. Called them today asked when we were scheduled she put me on hold for a few mins and guess what we weren't on the schedule. Really dumb when we have stated many times about our bill and our hvac and they said they would keep in touch they havent called us once we are the ones calling them. Otherwise pretty sure we were just forgotten or pushed to the back because I got pissed that they keep pushing us off. They havent charged us for anything which was the only nice thing thus far, but if they do they did absolutely nothing, except tape.

Millers is the best! Called this morning (Friday) to see if someone could come checkout my ac because it stopped working yesterday evening. Not only did they come today but came early and repaired my ac unit within 30 mins. The price was very reasonable and the tech Robert was professional and very knowledgeable. I’m so grateful to have been Recommended to give this company a call and will recommend their services to everyone I know needing heating and cooling services. Thank you Miller heating and cooling for being a honest and trustworthy company. Will do business with this company if anything happens again.
