I have used this business for years for car washing and had nothing but good things to say.
So I then believed by having my car (a Mercedes Benz E400 station wagon) 'detailed' at the cost of $350 would be a a result which I would be pleased about. However, after returning home I noticed that the black stained oak wood dash trim had been damaged - the black stain had been remove in spots and leaving raw wood exposed. I called the next day and spoke to Jose (manager?) who denied any responsibility and said my car was brought in this way. I am emphatic that this was not the case...but he insisted otherwise. I wasn't even looking for some sort of restitution, but was in the hope that there might be a simple 'fix for this problem...but to no avail. Extraordinarily disappointed with this business and based on this incident...would not entrust any vehicle going forward. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed and I would have been conciliatory in resolving this.

My car was left with a few spots on the window.
The inside looked dirty and untouched.
They charge me around $17 !

As the owner of the car wash and the detailing shop the last two reviews seems funny !! Why would someone would pay 150 to 300$ and would go home to clean his car after !!!
Without complaining or making sure his getting his money worth !!
If you are are real people and are not low end wanna be Competition please contact me so i can make sure you are happy like the rest of my customers and i will like to know how was rude to you !!
We been in business over 30 years and been getting great reviews for our great car wash and best detail shop in the city !!!

I so regret that I went there! What waste of time and money! I paid $150 for interior shampoo. Extremely bad and rude service. Couldn't get my car back because they couldn't find the key. Wasted another hour just waiting when they finally found the key. The interior of the car wasn't steamed as they promised to remove most stubborn stain. On the dashboard, I even noticed some dust and dirt. Eventually, I came home, spend another 1-2 hour and cleaned it well my interior of the car. Thanks for lesson learned. Stay away from this car wash!
