Max is a rare gem !! I rarely leave reviews, but this was truly worth it. We called closer to the midnight because we were under a tight deadline during our home inspection condition period and needed advice about a potential foundation issue. Even though it was quite late, he answered the phone, patiently listened to all our concerns, and took the time to explain what the inspection findings could mean and the possible next steps.

He never rushed the conversation and gave us honest, knowledgeable advice that helped us better understand the situation. It’s not often you find someone willing to help with such professionalism and patience outside of regular business hours.

We had tree roots in our sewer line.

They changed out the sewer line, installed a backwater valve, clean out and a sump pump with battery backup.

They were fantastic! Max was the primary contact person who explained what was needed and handled anything that came up. He responded quickly.

We were happy with the service and expertise. Highly recommend their service and will be reaching out to them again in future.

I manage several older buildings with underground garages that needed serious restoration. CAP Waterproofing and Drains has been a huge help. Cyril and his crew came out, dug 3 sides of the house, completed the job doing a few questionable things .
- A cement slab where my AC used to sit was placed back on top of the of one of the sides that was dug up, a week later the ground sinks and i have the AC dangling, i tried breaking the slab myself but it proved to be too much.
- I was charged to dispose of the dirt the excess dirt that was dug up, however on one of the sides of the house they packed a lot of dirt even sloping it, so when everything settle i was not left with holes where water accumulates, i am not sure why this was not done for all sides of the house.
- Membrane was wrapped around cement blocks that are not properly secure against the wall, not was it capped, after the ground settle this become visible.

I have emailed and called, besides the "yeah yeah, we'll come" nothing happens and it has been ~1.5 months, very unprofessional, unwilling to take responsibility, i would not recommended this company to anyone, find someone else.
