I went to Wet Willie's to wash my van. There was no one in the office and there was a sign on the door saying no on would be there until 4pm. So I went across the street to get change. When I began to vacuum my van it spit up mud into my front seat. There was no soap or hot water. I called the business and left a message and no one returned my call. I returned the next to find that again there was no one working. So I left a note and again no one contacted me.
