So I have bought both gear and parts from this store both online and in person and being totally honest I use them as a last resort. Granted it would seem as a last resort they always come through but the process is never easy with them and your going to pay one hell of a mark up on the price. I hate there website, its slow and set up really shitty. They mount tires if you brung them the wheel off the bike but be sure to check the size as well as your wheel condition before you leave. The staff is nice, kinda different but aren't we all. my rating is mostly based on the online experience and its relationship with the store like if the parts ae actually there or not because this store loves to say they are but after you pay then owe they ar coming form little rock, it'll be 3 days.

Called Cycle Gear on Belt line in Mobile and spoke with the manager Britney. Explained what I thought I needed for bike and she was extremely busy taken my name and number to call back and also got info on bike. Returned call promptly had a couple of different locks that would work stores open late for working people and held until I could drive 45 mins there. And once there sales associate greeted me with item at counter and also showed me other choices. Patient, people friendly and very helpful. 💯 # recommend this store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ssimpson

My experience with Matthew and Kristin was phenomenal. I came in for a helmet, and Matthew took my helmet safety very serious. He let me know the best one, made sure it fit me the proper way etc. He also helped me pick a really good Bluetooth system for it, and even installed it. I was there a little over an hour and the whole experience was great. We all chatted about bikes and life all while getting my stuff figured out. I’d rate this 100/100 if I could!!

I had an amazing experience at Cycle Gear this past Saturday afternoon, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Matthew for his outstanding customer service.

From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. What really stood out to me was how he greeted every single person who entered the store—even while assisting me. If he needed to step away briefly to help another customer, he always excused himself politely, which I truly appreciated.

As a first-time rider, I had a lot of questions, and Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to guide me in the right direction without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into a sale. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping me make the right choices, not just making a purchase.

I love how wide the selection is! They have a good variety for all shapes, sizes, and gender (though they could have more specifically for women) Calvin helped me out! Great customer service, he helped me find the perfect helmet for me so I can start riding!! Come check them out guys!
