I suspect that many of these positive reviews are fake or paid for. I only went here because it was in network with my eye insurance. 6 months later I received a text message saying I had an outstanding balance with no explanation or correspondence with this office about it previously. The amount I supposedly owe does not even match my insurance claim. Shortly after my appointment I asked for an itemized receipt from them which I never got a response about. I already paid during the appointment and never received any sort of bill in the mail, via email, or through a phone call with anyone afterwards. This is is a ridiculous business practice to send bills via text that look like spam links. I would avoid this place and go elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Village for a couple of years now — my experience has been wonderful each time. If you ever need any help, Lonnie has provided great assistance when it comes to understanding cost, insurance, and rebate opportunities. I consistently feel supported and I can always reach out to him for guidance. Highly recommend coming here for your annual exams!

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. My daughter always gets her glasses here because they have a wonderful selection. Eye doctor takes the time to make sure you get the right prescription.

I have had many sets of bifocal lenses made for existing frames. The turnaround time has been reasonable. They have a generous replacement policy if the prescription turns out to be incorrect. This applies even if they didn't generate the prescription.
