Straight Arrow did my roof a few years ago. They did an excellent job and left the property spotless. I recently had a small issue with a cap and they came out and repaired. I would highly recommend this company. Reliable, efficient and excellent staff!!!

I called Straight Arrow Roofing for a small flashing repair and I'm very happy with their work. They were able to get someone out the same week and pointed out another issue I didn't know about, but that I'm glad to have been informed about. They quickly came up with a couple solutions and got everything fixed the same day. Some roofers just lay counter flashing flat against the brick and only use caulking but straight arrow does it properly and cuts a groove into the mortar of the brick to tuck it into. I plan to call them back when it's time to consider replacing my roof.

We have some issues with the work they did and they never got back and responded to us to go fix it. I figured they could fix it when they come do the other job I asked them to quote but they won’t even send the quote after following up many times for a few months…be weary if they offer a warranty as they likely will never honour it.

Thanks to Joel and his team at Straight Arrow Roofing. Builder's shingles started to come off in the wind. Received several quotes from different companies. Straight Arrow was competitively priced and Joel and his team very professional. Highly recommended!

Straight Arrow Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Joel was professional and went above and beyond in both preparing me for what was to happen as well as during clean up. My driveway was left cleaner than when they started (truthfully, cleaner than it's ever been).

Process was straight forward. Quote and Package were nicely prepared in a timely manner - his team showed up prepared and ready to work.

If anyone brings up in conversation that they need a roof I will be recommending Joel and Straight Arrow Roofing in a heartbeat.
