Everything taught in our classes is earned, like in life, through hard work and determination. Emphasis is placed on acquiring physical and verbal skills for self-defense. Our program combines safety, awareness, and education with proven self-defense instruction in a safe structured environment. Students also develop self-control, confidence, and stamina. All Classes are taught by certified Black Belt Instructors. MAI offers multiple classes at all belt levels taught throughout the week.
