Due to my experiences at this location, I have ceased ordering from Domino’s.

Firstly, they refuse to deliver orders exceeding $50, which is understandable, but it poses an inconvenience. Secondly, there is a significant language barrier that makes communication difficult, leading to frustration on both sides. Additionally, they fail to inform customers about current specials. I have encountered some of the rudest service I have ever experienced; they have hung up on me mid-order, seemingly unwilling to fulfill my request.

Multiple neighbors and family members in the area have reported similar experiences with this particular Domino’s. Calls are often abruptly terminated, and orders are placed without ever being delivered. For instance, we ordered around 7 PM and, after three hours of waiting, the order never arrived. When I called back, they seemed to have no recollection of my order. This situation is perplexing, and I am at a loss as to how they remain in business.

Given their poor service and questionable hygiene practices, it may be time for Morris Park to reconsider its relationship with this establishment. The community is growing increasingly frustrated with their performance, and I am considering initiating a petition for a change in staff. Although I have never written a review with the intention of jeopardizing someone's employment, the circumstances warrant such a response.

On one occasion, after inquiring why they had hung up on me, the representative laughed and began to prank call me repeatedly for an hour. This behavior is utterly unacceptable

This location frequently takes 2 hours to deliver my food despite the store being a 5 minute drive away from me. Parts of my order are occasionally forgotten. Drivers call ahead saying they’re downstairs 6-10 minutes before they even arrive. They do not walk up to my building door I have to walk to their car. They hung up and then didn’t bother to pick up when I called to inquire about my order that I did not receive. They told me today that my food would come in 15-20 minutes after 11:04pm when I ordered at 9:40pm.

I placed my order around 11:50 PM, and my pizza was finished around 12:12 AM, but I didn’t receive it until 2:05 AM. When it finally arrived, it was cold, burnt, and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. No apology for the delay, no concern about the quality of the food, and the representative hung up on me after processing my refund. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from this Domino’s again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s location.

I placed my order around 11:50 PM. According to the order tracker, my pizza was completed around 12:12 AM. However, I did not receive my order until approximately 2:05 AM, nearly two hours later.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, burnt, and clearly not fresh. It appeared that the store simply handed me an old pizza instead of remaking the order after the excessive delay.

The customer service was even worse than the food. When I contacted the store regarding the issue, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. After calling customer service for a refund, the representative processed the refund but never apologized for the unacceptable delay, the condition of the food, or the inconvenience. The call was then abruptly ended.

A two hour wait for a cold, burnt pizza is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Customers deserve respect, communication, and food that is delivered in proper condition.

I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly encourage management to address both the quality of service and the way customers are treated.

I redeemed a medium 2 topping pizza through the app and when I arriving I was told by manager shyma and worker rhomun where that I only ordered 2 garlic cups meaning that I wasted 60 points ,while trying to communicate this problem I was dismissed by the both of them and never got this issue resolved and lost 60 points on the app for nothing don’t go here
