When I am evaluating a business, one of my main criteria is how the business responds to a problem. We recently rented a home rug cleaning machine from Luv-A-Rug. I had only been using it a couple of minutes when it died. I called Luv-A-Rug right away. Dusty scrambled to find a replacement machine for us AND offered us a free machine rental the next time we want to clean the rug. The replacement machine worked fine and our rug is bright again.

Yes, we were inconvenienced by the delay in finishing the cleaning and the extra trip into town (we live some distance out), but Luv-A-Rug did everything possible to make up for the inconvenience, and did so in the spirit of top-rate customer service.

The name of this little shop certainly sums up what they're all about. Not only very friendly staff but they are also very knowledgeable regarding their products and how to care for your carpet. I would highly recommend this business.

Oh, and I loved the plastic example of the spilled glass of red wine! Of course, this has NEVER happened to us...

I am very pleased with the job that LuvARug did in cleaning and repairing my rugs.
Although it took a little longer in time for the work to be completed, I have no complaints at all about the service and the end product. I will definitely use LuvARug again and will recommend them to friends who need rugs cleaned

I am very pleased with the work Luv a Rug did for me. I knew my rugs needed cleaning after raising 3 boys and 2 dogs, but living on Salt Spring Island the act of getting them to the cleaner never got itself pulled together. Dusty was on the island so he picked them up for me and organized the return as well. My rugs look fantastic, feel great under foot and the colours are fresh. I’m already for the next generation.

I took my very large wall to wall basement carpet in to be cleaned after it was flooded the second time. Luv-A_Rug did a better job at cleaning it than a steam cleaning I did after it was flooded the first time.

I have a 35' classic wooden Chriscraft boat and the loose carpet was very soiled from last season. I relized at the last moment that the carpet was embarrasingly soiled so I took it to Luv a rug for a proper full cleaning. I asked if they could get it done in a 3 day window and they surprised me when they said yes. A special thanks to Dusty, Shane and the rest of the team for getting the carpet cleaner then I have seen in years.
